The January 2019 final report of the Commission on Growth, Structural Change and Employment which served as the basis for recommendations and funding to develop a broad social consensus around structural changes to energy and climate policy in Germany with a focus on "providing concrete prospects for new, future-proof jobs in the regions affected . The members of the Commission rep-resent a broad cross-section of societal, political and economic actors ."
A 2019 report from the U.S. General Accountability Office examining Federally funded employment and training focusing on how the number of and obligations for such federal programs have changed since GAO’s 2011 review; the extent to which such programs continue to provide similar services to similar populations and examples of potential effects; and the extent to which agencies have taken actions to address previously identified fragmentation and overlap among E&T programs and what agencies have learned about the results.
